Day 1
Visit vineyards, and attend applied harvesting workshop on the terraced slopes of Locorotondo organized by the Bufano winery, with lunch among the vines. The workshop lasts all day and includes various activities.

Morning
Visit livestock at the Montanaro farm, Masseria Montereale, and cycle to the CAVI dairy farm to see cheese, including mozzarella, being made.

Hands-on cookery workshop: preparing bread and focaccia at Masseria Catucci.
